This menu is the same format but with different dishes each week.  There is always Roast Beef on the menu and either pork, lamb or turkey, a  fish option and a vegetarian option. 

Starters
Chicken and duck liver pate with melba toast
Traditional prawn cocktail
Cream of vegetable soup
Fan of melon with champagne sorbet

Main Courses
Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes
Roast Pork with stuffing and apple sauce
Lime & ginger seared tuna on a bed of coriander noodles
Mushroom risotto

Desserts
Fresh fruit pavlova with a raspberry coulis
Raspberry mousse
Warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice-cream
Bread & butter pudding with vanilla anglaise
