Tomato tart tatin served with basil sorbet and tomato crisps

French onion soup served with a brie and red onion croute

Oriental spiced, slow braised belly pork with oriental vegetables

Pan fried scallops on black pudding and a fondant potato served with a red pepper coulis

MAIN COURSES                                        

Beef wellington, with a natural pan de glace and seasonal vegetables

Pan fried supreme of chicken on a bubble and squeak potato cake with a wild mushroom and pancetta sauce

Poached fillet of salmon sat on wilted spinach with a creamy prawn, muscle and white wine sauce

Pan fried halibut steak with garlic crevettes
