About us
Now let's introduce ourselves to you, both myself and my husband have worked in the hospitality industry for many years however this is a new and first business venture for us both. Paul is a Chef and will be heading up the kitchen team along with Phil Pack (previously worked at The Cleyhall Hotel (Spalding), Mermaid Inn (Surfleet) and MacFarlane’s Restaurant (Isle of Man)); Chris Jacklin who has recently come on board with us full time and has completed his level 3 NVQ at Boston College and Rebecca Reeson a recent addition to the front of house team. Paul has worked in several places locally including the Cleyhall and Woodland Hotels, the Mermaid Inn as well as in Australia and Europe, and although I am slightly biased some of his dishes are amazing.
I, like Paul have worked locally including the Cleyhall and Woodland Hotels and Fratellis/The Angel Hotel at Bourne and have also been lucky enough to work in Australia and Europe. I will be heading up the front of house team along with Sara Banks who worked with me at The Angel Hotel.
